2011 DIXIE Show

     The 2011 Annual DIXIE Convention was held in
              Ocala, Florida from March 16-19.  

      The feedback from the crowd that attended 
      the convention in Ocala was been.  There 
      were hundreds of prize-winning African 
      violets and other gesneriads.  The beauty is 
      something to behold.    Paul Sorano and Marie
      Burns of Lyndon Lyon's Greenhouses were
      among the esteemed vendors.  Others were 
      Travis's Greenhouses, Kathy's Streps, and Pat
      Hancock, the hybridizer of the Buckeye and 
      Bluegrass violet plants.  CONGRATULATIONS to
      all the show winners.
